    Short Description

    Designed for use in virtually all types of filling machines. When the plastic tube is advanced into the ultrasonic tube sealing station, a switch closes, initiating the welding cycle. Air is directed into the cylinder to advance the welding anvil and ultrasonic tool head toward the centerline of the plastic tube. The tube is sealed at a pre-set gap and maintained with applied acoustic energy. The ultrasonic generator makes use of 50/60 Hz electrical energy, changing it into 20,000 cycles per 2d via a electricity oscillator. This high-frequency electrical strength is utilized to a frequency converter, which converts the contemporary into high-frequency mechanical vibrations.
